We are specifically focused on supporting the small and micro business sector in Ireland. Founded by Neal Griffin, with 30 years of business experience including over 20 years of experience running a successful SME in Ireland. Having navigated the full cycle of business - from start up - to growth, and ultimately to a difficult closure due to market changes and COVID. Neal brings a depth of practical insight that no textbook can replicate. Qualified through Kingstown College and accredited by both the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at QQI Level 6, Neal combines lived business experience with professional coaching expertise to deliver support that is both practical and transformative. Align Business Support Services work specifically with micro and small businesses - because local businesses are the backbone of our communities, and they deserve local, dedicated support.
